I/we the undersigned hereby agree to accept liability for any damage caused to the fabric, furniture, fixtures and fittings as well as all items provided for the use and comfort of our stay.

This will include any specialised cleaning required as a result of damage to any and all fabrics.
I/we thereby agree that any cost of replacement or specialised cleaning incurred will be at the
direct expense of the booked party and I/we hereby agree that any such costs will be accordingly deducted from the Credit Card details provided at the time of arrival.

This is a NO SMOKING BARN environment.
On arrival we will require a Credit Card swipe as a holding deposit, as acceptance for liability of
any damage to the property during your stay, for up to 24 hours following the day of departure.
